Excuse me, but I did get your point and I can appreciate that the web
sites were executed *as* art works. Does that mean that they should
expect to profit from their work? Or, does it mean that since Les Levine
and Iain Baxter created the sites, they should get automatic grants to
support their work? As far as a problem with language, I would like to
point out that I generally stay within the relm of a shared form of
communication and don't start making up new categories or movements to
fit a small number of artists into a neat little package. I wonder if
Les Levine and Iain Baxter gave much thought as to wether or not they
are "neo-conceptualist generation 4" artists or were just doing their
thing?
